HISTORY Vincent J. Racco began his career in 1982 while he attended Akron North High School. Vince started working at Lumberjack's Building Center behind the service counter where he learned all facets of the building industry. After graduating high school, Vince attended the University of Akron where he earned a sales and marketing degree in 1989. Vince continued to work at Lumberjack's Building Center as an outside sales representative of kitchen and bath cabinets, lumber, trim, windows, and doors. Vince specialized in kitchen and bath design. He worked hand in hand with builders, remodelers, and their customers. Vince became a million dollar plus sales representative as well as Salesman of the Year. Vince earned the respect of his customers and his peers because of his integrity and reputation for being fair and honest. Towards the end of his career with Lumberjack's, Vince formed his own building /remodeling company, PineRidge Builders, in 1998 on a part time basis. He built several homes, remodeled kitchens, finished basements, and built custom decks. After 21 years, Vince parted ways with Lumberjack's in 2003, to work for Mosley Companies to gain more knowledge in the new construction field. He was Project Manager of up to 14 new construction homes at any given time seeing them through from foundation to finish and making sure his customers were informed and completely satisfied throughout the process. In 2006, Vince joined Tim Englert Construction as an estimator/designer to gain more knowledge of the high-end remodeling industry. Vince has designed everything from high-end additions to kitchen and baths. Currently, Vince is determined to become a reputable and trustworthy builder/remodeler and devote his time and efforts to PineRidge Builders.
